Quickie painting

I was sitting here and had a blog itch... so i scratched it and slapped a quick paint job on it. Here it is, enjoy.

We have been very busy here in the studio these last few months.. I have not had a chance to post anything new for a while, but here is a little project that we had a chance to work on. this show kicks butt and hopefully will be picked up. STEAK NITE T-SHIRT

Howdy everyone, it has been an incredibly busy few months. i'm not complaining.... so here is a long awaited post. Our soccer team did a fund raising event, our first Steak Nite. and it was a great success. This was a T-shirt that Augusto and I made for one of the door prizes. the first official Hidden Door Cartoon T-shirt. and one blessed lady got to take it home ! CHEERS !

Frost bite

We had a blizzard the other day, and I was stupid enough to walk home in it. no one went to work, but I did. it was my first blizzard here in saskatchewan, I leaned my lesson fast. This is a quick painting that I felt to do because of my blizzard experience, it doesnt have very good composition, or any point to it. I just wanted to paint somthing cold.

My idea was a spooky forest , it looks more like shelobs cave. well, it was just a quicky anyway.

So now we are into 2007... let us see if we will make it to 2008. today I felt like painting somthing. After the last week of computer problems out the ying yang I needed to visit my creative side once again. alas this is what I came up, with enjoy !

Today i am not well in the gut ! so i thought id make some toilet faces.. comon everybody makes toilet faces.. even the odd tear ( TEEEER ) of relief.

I thougt id give another try at painting.. i am trying some new things out with painter and it is frustrating when you dont know your lools but slow and steady wins the race. this is what i came up with. it is interesting because it is not exactly what i had in my head.
